Lights in the Park

Each holiday season Hubbard Park in Meriden lights up with a breath-taking display of lights.  Throughout the beautiful park over 250 different figures and 350,000 individual lights are illuminated from nid-November until the new year. 

Santa joins the Meriden Rotary Club for one night each year in the park.  Along with the volunteer Rotarians, Santa supplies the park visitors with hot chocolate, candy canes, and an opportunity to get a picture on his sleigh. Visitors can give a voluntary donation, which is then given to a different charity each year.
